3. How do we collect your personal data?
We mainly collect your personal data from yourself (for example when you use our services or communicate with us through e-mail). We may also collect your personal data regarding the use of our website or we may process your personal data that you give us through the contact form. In case you do not give us the requested personal data, we might not be able to offer the service or operation that you request. In cases like this the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or an other legal reason according to the legislation about personal data.
In some cases it may be necessary for us to collect your personal data from a third party. We might collect your personal data for example from your employer, in case your employer is a customer of ours. Collecting data from a third party may happen for example in a case where it is necessary for the justified benefits of ours or a third party such as your employer.
In some cases processing your personal data may be necessary for following one of our legal obligations.
4. What personal data do we process?
We mainly only collect personal data that visitors on our website give us voluntarily and what is necessary for the purposes they are collected for. Some information is necessary for the use of our website and it's features (including cookies, which we require in order to offer services that you may request).
We collect the following personal data:

— Information about website use: time of visit, visited pages, browser type, the web address where the user came from to the website, the server where the user came from to the website and the domain where the user came from to our website.
We may ask you for contact details, if you want to receive our newsletters or marketing materials or if you are interested in our services. In that case we may collect your name, street address, e-mail address, phone number, the company you represent, the reason for the contact and the message. When requesting an offer we may also ask you for information regarding your desired premises, services and other information related to the event.
If you use the room booking system of visitor centre Joki, we may ask in addition to the above mentioned the following information: the user's memberships at visitor centre Joki (room, amount of bookings, done reservations, beginning and end of membership), user's room booking information (room-specific, but mainly: user's data, event name, event date, additional features (services), furniture, amount of guests, informal message) and the user's room booking history.
You may decide to log in to our website using a third party login service, which confirms your identity and connects your social media login information (for example LinkedIn, Google or Twitter) to us. In this case we collect information necessary for registration or logging in and contents that you have authorized for the social media service provider.
We do not collect information of special categories of personal data on our website.
Also, if you are our customer or if you use services from premises controlled by us, we collect information necessary for customership matters and the use and surveillance of premises into our personal data registers. More information is available from us by request.
5. For what purposes do we collect your personal data?
Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt Oy collects and processes personal data for different purposes, such as:

We use a marketing automation tool, which is connected to our CRM database. Information necessary for automatic marketing purposes is filled with user-specific data about the use of our website (profiling). We only collect this information with the user's consent. We use the profiling method to develop relations with existing customers and potential customers.

7. Automatic collection of personal data
7.1 Cookies and website analytics
Cookies are small files that are saved into the user's device. They help in identifying browser using the services and improve the user's use experience. Cookies do not harm the computers or files of users.
The website uses functional cookies, which may remember your selections on our websites. The purpose is to improve your use experience on our website. Cookies are saved into the browser's cache according to the user's selections.
We use third party cookies and analytical tools, through which we may analyze the use of our website. Because of this we can improve the content of our website to respond better to your needs. This tool may be for example Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets a tracking cookie on the user's computer. With the cookie they can keep track of whether the user is a repeat visitor or not.
The user's browser tells, if the tracking cookie is already in use. If it is not found, a new cookie will be set in the browser. We never disclose data collected through tracking cookies to third parties.
7.2 Sharing in social media
We use third party social media applications or buttons so you can share content from our website on social media websites. When disclosing personal data we follow model contract clauses accepted by the European Commission concerning the disclosure of personal data to other countries or execute other proper protective methods or ensure that the country offers adequate data protection.
We do not sell or offer your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We have proper technical and organizatory measures and functions that protect your personal data from disappearance, abuse, modification or destruction. These measures and functions are for example firewalls, encryption and user-specific limited system access rights.
We store your personal data in a digital form and also partially in paper form. Personal data is stored in a locked vault, which has access restricted only for specific persons. Databases and systems containing personal data are protected by usernames and passwords and access rights are restricted according to the person's work assignments.
We have restricted access rights and authorizations to our databases and other storage platforms in a way that allows viewing and processing only for those persons that are necessary for the legal processing of data. Our employees and other persons who process personal data are committed to following professional confidentiality contracts and to keep information they receive during the processing of personal data secret.
We only store your personal data for as long and to the extent of as necessary for the original or compatible purposes, which the personal data was collected for or until we are asked to erase the data (in case the request comes first). We take all reasonable measures to ensure that inaccurate, incorrect or outdated personal data is erased or fixed without inappropriate delay.

As a data subject you have the following rights:
— The right to get a confirmation from us, that personal data concerning you is being processed or is not being processed, and if this personal data is processed, the right to get access to the personal data;

— The right to demand a correction to inaccurate and incorrect personal data concerning you without inappropriate delay and the right to have defective personal data corrected;
— The right to have us erase personal data concerning you without inappropriate delay if the applicable data protection law requirements are fulfilled;
— The right to have us restrict processing if the applicable data protection law requirements are fulfilled;
— The right to protest the processing of your personal data;
— The right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have delivered to us in an organized, commonly used and digitally readable form, and the right to transfer this information into another register holder without us preventing it, if the applicable data protection law requirements are fulfilled;
— The right to file a complaint to supervising authorities if you feel that the processing of your personal data is against the EU data protection act.
